Blade terminals are commonly used for connecting wires to terminal strips (sometimes reffered to as chocolate blocks) and electrical breakers etc. The flat surface give a good area of contact eliminating hot 'spots'.
Two types are available - Plain Blade terminals and Hooked Blade terminals.
The hooked blade terminals give an added degee of safety (will stay in terminal, should the screw work loose).
Blade terminals have a range of blade sizes, from 10mm up to 18mm.
Red and Blue Blade terminals are sold in packets
of 100.
Yellow Blade terminals are sold in packets of 50.
